When the order processes successfully, the job will be moved to the closed queue and the status of the package in the other package manager will be set to closed. You can test by placing an order in live mode, but don't actually approve the order and it will cancel itself at your reseller account. Each user can create sub accounts as desired by logging in and selecting the Sub Accounts link from the drawdown menu.
