Christmas math games fourth grade
I have compiled a few of my favorite go-to Christmas activities for upper elementary in this post. I have also included some student gift ideas and a few freebies. My students and I always love math centers. We really love seasonal themed centers as a nice break from our typical math centers.

This math center is one of my favorite centers. The student review different polygons by reading a wish list of attributes. They determine the shape the list is referring to and match the gift accordingly. Speaking of using printable activities for bulletin board displays, this is a super engaging Christmas math activity involving decimal operations. The students choose from several options to decorate their Christmas trees.
There is also an optional math printable included for the students to complete to push their thinking and math skills further. This Christmas math activity makes a great holiday display and the students love decorating their trees. If you are going to be absent one day in December, this would be a perfect substitute activity.

Make sure students understand any rules you might have while they are having a snowball fight - my rules are always no running or screaming, freeze as soon as I stay "Freeze," and if you don't follow instructions you don't get to play again.
